HOME INSPECTION:
Our basic home inspection is a visual home inspection of the structure(s) and its major components. A professional inspection for a house will normally take two to three hours depending on the size and condition of the property. You should attend the inspection, as it is a great learning experience and a good opportunity to get to know the house.
Our inspectors climb roof structures and crawl through confined area's such as crawl spaces. Our inspection reports are second to none, providing a detailed easy to read report of our findings, with digital color pictures and cost estimates. Our computer-generated inspection reports are printed on site or e-mailed with in 24hours.
